How the HelpDesk works
Open a ticket here at the HelpDesk by
clicking on the link on the Right. Our staff will answer your request for
assistance and you will be notified by email when an answer is
waiting for you here at the HelpDesk. *If you do not receive an
email within 48 hours just login with your ticket ID or email address to
review your answer.
Occasionally
legitimate email may end up in your Junk mail folder. Please check your
junk mail folder and add our domain to approved senders list.
For Pre-Sales Questions just say "question", "sales",
Affiliate ID or anything
descriptive in the Order ID Field/Domain.

View an existing ticket
If you've already opened a HelpDesk ticket then you can enter the ID
number below to be taken directly to that ticket (hint: your ticket
ID number was e-mailed to you when you first created your ticket):

Lost ticket ID
If you have lost your ticket ID, or want to view an old ticket, enter
your e-mail address below. A list of all tickets associated with that
e-mail address will be generated and sent to you.
If you have already opened a HelpDesk ticket that has been answered,
but wish to receive more help please post a follow up in the same
ticket rather then opening a new ticket. This is for your own
benefit since if you open a new ticket you will have to start again,
explaining everything anew.
Please do not 'bump' your ticket to the top of the pile by
continually posting to it. We answer tickets on a priority basis
starting with the first in. So if your ticket is always at the top
it may never get answered. |
