Welcome to the H-Sphere User Guide.
The user guide is quite extensive, 50+ pages!That doesn't mean its hard to use H-Sphere!
It does mean that we pay attention to detail!
That said, getting started with G2W Hosting is very easy.
- First signup for one of our plans.
Don't worry too much about the plan, the only critical thing here the server type you choose; i.e. Windows, UNIX or ColdFusion. Once you signup you can modify your plan, up/down/sideways at a click of a button.
A. In general; if you want ASP, ASP.net and FrontPage / Expression Extensions choose a Windows plan.
B. If you want PHP, choose UNIX.
C. If you want ColdFusion, choose ColdFusion.
D. If you want both PHP and ASP /ASP.net choose Windows if you want full Site Doctor Support and choose UNIX if you are going to doing mostly PHP and Site Doctor support is not needed.
- Once you signup, you will be given immediate access to you hosting
account with a stopgap domain so you can begin uploading and/or building
your website.
A. If choice SiteStudio you can build you web site immediatly by clicking on the SiteStudio Icon. The only additional thing you might want to do is to set up your email by clicking on the email button. Email is a snap, just enter a email user name (username@yourdomain.com), then a password, check the box that says add email and hit submit! You created an email address.
B. If you are uploading your web site via ftp just add a user to ftp. If you are uploading via FrontPage Server Extensions your password is the same as your account.
- If you are a beginner or intermediate designer most of the
features in the user guide you will never use. If you are an advanced user
you will find that H-Sphere is has the very best tools anywhere.

B. Detailed questions regarding your hosting plan and H-Sphere, use our support ticket system here.
Note: H-Sphere has a built in ticket system. We encourage our users to use the external system as it has a direct link to our techs beepers.
C. Use our Forums for HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, ect. types of questions.
Note: No matter what plan your on; ALL Question Are Always Answered IN Our Forums.
